Ladysmith game store is the worst

Ladysmith game is the worst, the only branch where they dont accept a bank statement as proof of purchase in case you lose your slip, worst part it is their system that doesn't do slip reprints , so do not buy something that you value in that store rather travel to other branches, i lost a slip for a phone i bought last week and i ask for a reprint and they said they dont do it , right now their phone has a problem , im not sure if their dont do reprints because they are having too many returns ,i saw other people reviews same thing, so dont gamble with your money…slips can be lost , house can catch fire so choose the branch or store where you are valued and you can provide bank statements as proof of purchase
