Lady store busy gossiping instead of listening to clients

I am currently at the Game Mall of Africa, where I purchased a laptop using the 'Pay Just Now' option, which provided me with a R3,500 credit. I intended to settle the remaining balance using my own account. The sales representative in the laptop section assured me that this would be possible.

However, when I proceeded to the checkout, I encountered a different response. Unfortunately, I was left feeling embarrassed and was informed that in future, I should explain my payment arrangement when approaching the till.
