Lackadaisical attitude of employe/s

On several occasions whenever I go to Game at Mall of Africa, I think I speak on most customers when I say that even though the staff is there, visible by their uniform, but they are never eager to help. Today was no different. I found them standing in groups watching football that was being shown on TV or some standing and chatting. I managed to make eye contact with one whose name tag reflected Thabo something. this guy was extremely unhelpful and very rude to me. This is the reason why I decided to use this platform. At some stage he pointed me with a "wave of his hand" to the direction of the item I was looking for and walked away towards the other direction, leaving me to wonder where the item was exactly. it was only when I called out to him that he turned back, and to my surprise, the item I was looking for doesn't even get kept on the floor, it has to be fetched from the back. Why did he point me to the other direction is still unknown to me, except that he felt that I was wasting his time as he clearly had better things to do than to serve me. Wow, Ive never been so disgusted by a salesperson the way I was with this guy. Game management has to do something about their staff, their non-visibility at their posts and some of the staff members' attitude that stinks, to say the least.
