Lack of Service at Game Stores
Called Game Eastgate to get measurements on a set of lamps being sold. The consultants were very rude and refused to help stating that my request was ridiculous without even trying to assist. Ended up being helped by a branch in Cresta

11 Dec 2018, 10:31That is not helpful at all. Disciplinary action should be taken against all involved. Ended up going to a different store because I refuse to be treated as though I do not pay for the service I get.
