Lack of Service and Communication

Good day

I ordered a Hisense fridge and LG microwave via Game online on the 17th of May 2022, I was told to expect my order within 7 days.... That clearly didn't happen.

On the 25th of May I received the microwave and not the fridge. Had I not contacted their support team, I am pretty sure that the microwave would also not have been delivered.

I sent Game an email last week complaining about their service and to date I still have not received any feedback from them. I am really frustrated with the service I am receiving and the lack of communication. I just want my fridge or my money back.

The only reason I gave them this 1 star is because the consultant I spoke to, Sinovuyo, she is probably the only reason I received the microwave.

Game is just ****... This is really not the first time I receive such **** service from them.
