Lack of service

Afternoon I was just in your Bay west Store and the Lady at the Jewelry counter was the most unhelpful person I have ever met. I advised her that I bought a mens chain there last year as wanted to view the chains as I would like to purchase a new one. Her customer service was non existent and was rather unprofessional chewing away at bubble gum. The more I explained what I was looking for the more she cut me short and said they don't have the product. Was not even interested in offering to order the product for me. I doubt highly that you make sale with someone like that at your forefront.
