Lack of quality control and bad client service

I am deeply dissatisfied with GAME's lack of quality control and bad client service. I placed an order on 2 December for order number ***. On 12 December, a package that was not mine got delivered to my office and someone else signed for it. Our offices are closing tomorrow and I am STILL waiting for answers from THREE of your service agents. This is truly unacceptable. I am sitting here with someone else's package so I can't imagine how unhappy this client is as well. I want my package today or tomorrow OR I want my money back.

You can take the item to Game Bayside as advised by the colleague with your POP as they would exchange the item.
