Lack of knowledge

Today I went from wellington to game in paarl to buy 50" inch Hisense tv ,I was going to use pay just now but the proble I had insufficient funds on the card but I had cash on me I ask the cashier what must I do I explained to her that the money on the card it's insufficient bt I have cash and she said I must withdraw the money they can't do 2 transection,I the went to the ATM fortunately they had one at the store I withdraw all the money needed, I then went to the guy to take the tv and I explained everything to my surprise he said no sisi you were not supposed to withdraw the money you,you must go and deposit the money ,but that ATM doesn't accept deposits only withdrawal,I had to go back with out the tv ,they loose R6000 from 1 customer,I'm just worried how much they loose a day, other African lady call me when I was walking out the store and I explained to her the story and she phone someone Infront of me and they couldn't assist me
