Lack of explanation and rudeness towards customers.

My wife went to Game Store to buy music system.They gave her the system.But when she got home the remote control was not there.So she went back to complain about the remote,the salesman told her that the system was cheap because it had no remote.So my wife told holiness that he didn't said soo but then there was an argument,till the manager come and she was given the remote.My wife got home and tried to connect the system but it didn't on.Today she went back to the store the manager was rude today and they told my wife that the system was from the repairs she must bring it back if she doesn't want it.What about that transport money of the up and downs?Please help.
