Lack of delivery Communication
I bought a washing machine online on Sunday and the expected delivery was the 12th however it didn't arrive. It's not really the delivery of the item that's really the issue, but the lack of communication as to when the expected delivery date is going to be. We don't all work from home and aren't always available at the possible time delivery may be made. Weekends are not a given that we'll be available. Can I get feedback on the delivery of my purchase please?!

They, in isolation decided to leave the washing machine expecting me to pay for it should it go missing or damaged?! What if I wasn't even coming back home after work? Or intended coming in the night! This was highly unprofessional Game! Honestly I feel like instructing you to come get it honestly because at this point, I need to get a specialised *****driver to free the cord to plug it. I'm extremely unhappy, especially as a first time online purchaser of your product!

14 Feb 2026, 09:35I'm just getting more and more frustrated with the purchase now. The washing machine keeps making lots of noise when it reaches 7min left. It's embarrassing to have this happening knowing that the whole entire neighborhood already knows I have a new machine since it was dumped in my parking lot! Now it's making the very same noise my previous 15yr old washing machine was making! The nonslip pads don't help at all and I don't know what to do! At this point I'd like game to come collect and refund me because this is the worst experience I've ever had with an electronic purchase!
