Lack of customer service

Unfortunately there isn't an option for NO STARS! Game's customer service is absolutely PATHETIC; in fact, I'm wrong - It's NON-EXISTENT. I bought a washing machine online on 3 May 2020 and I've been trying to contact the company every day since then to no avail. I've tried the online Chat, emailing and telephoning and I get NO RESPONSE from either. Unfortunately their online Contacts system truly represents their in-store service: their staff are unfriendly, lack product knowledge and exhibit a general demeanor of arrogance and laziness.
