Lack of concentration & incorrect measurements

I went to Games Stores at Centurion Mall recently looking for Blinds for my new apartment, I was assisted by a lady named Mala, whom I showed her measurements of the blinds I was looking for from my phone, she did her calculations and converted the numbers I gave her into how they calculate the measurements, there was a sense of chasing a sale more than understanding my needs as a customer as she continued with her paperwork, after I had paid for my order she promised to call me once they arrive in store which never happened, a month later I went into the store to enquire only to find that the blinds had arrived but I was not informed and the measurements were taken down incorrectly even though I showed her the measurements from my phone. This consultant needs to concentrate a lot more when she is doing a job, she now refuses to take accountability and fix her error, I have escalated the matter to her manager as she was also very rude when she contacted me today. This is very appalling service and Game should relook at having such people in their stores
