Lack of Communication and Customer Service

Recently bought an airfryer on Game's website and the delivery of the item went well however I did not get to use the item as it just stopped working the same day I was sent back and forth between Game stores and told that as it was returned within 14 days of purchase I could have it exchanged or refunded. I sent it back to be assessed and only to not be told anything but be handed back the item that is still faulty without feedback on whether I am getting refunded or issued a new one. I am disgusted at the level of service provided by game and just want my refund at this point.
