l will never buy goods or recomend Game store to anyone

I bought fridge at Game store in King Williams town 2016 December 23rd ,within 2 days fridge didn't work, I had to call call center for my complaint to be resolved by the store,after 12 months fridge didn't work again ,I reported the matter and I was told I can't get a new one they need to log call for technicians to fix it, i waited for 4 days for them to collect it came back following day fridge was not cooling again .I then called Hicence my self to logged another job they came after week to fix it and it didn't work again .I was promised by Manager he will ask agent to give them authorisation to get a new fridge so i waited for onother week no follow up nothing from the store Manager only when I called to ask the status of my complaint he then called back and told me i will get new fridge .I decided to take another brand and he promise I will get it by Saturday till now , no feedback nothing but empty promisses I'm sitting almost a month without fridge and I had to spend unnecessary had to throw food because it'seems rotten .
