Kracher high pressure machine is faulty

<p>I have purchaed the Kracher machine last year September from Game Kathu, i have only used the machine less than 10 times since, i haev moved to Richardsbay, i verbally reported the problem to the customer service centre, and they are not giving me direct answers, can this machine be replaced immediately i cannot have a faulty product that i paid R1399, in my possession that is faulty.</p>
