Kids have not received school supplies

I ordered back to school items on 3 January 2022. Only 2 items have being delivered since and when i have too keep phoning to find out were the rest of the order is and it is costing me my airtime not Games and nobody is able to give me the answer..they say it must come from different stores but they unable to contact the stores and school starts on 19th January..absolutely pathetic
