Game customer care informed me to bring my kicka 6 vodaphone to the store mngr or admin mngr.Suprise suprise store mngr aren't there.Employee Centi tell my wife we should throw phone away.Rude Admin Vigi informs my wife they had a meeting about the phone they must go home.When Game TM are ready they will phone us.This management has given us the run around for 6 weeks excuses from Rustenburg to Joburg customer care HQ customer care.Even accounts send statements nothing is specified.The worst afsales service in my 46 years of life.How does this company stay open with this downright disregard for customer service.
