KIC FRIDGES MOSTLY DAMAGED YET SOLD AS NEW .

In 2012 ,I bought a fridge from Game gateway for approx R3700 (with delivery ) . Within the guarantee period , i alerted Game that the Fridge was making an unusual loud sound during the night . The technician came on 2 occasions and assured me that most of the parts are cheap as this is a \budget "product and there is nothing to worry about . Fast forward 2015 and the fridge has picked up waves/ dents on both sides . i took the matter with game who now says the product is out of warranty and wanted an addition R399 for a KIC technician to come out. Just to clear my mind i went to Hi Fi Corp and found all Kic fridges have these waves /dents which are displayed on the shop floor . Lets cut to the chase . KIc fridges are essentially rejects making their way to shop floors with a lure of a lower priced unit . The quality control on these units are nil . Management are pulling wool over the eyes of customers . Not one of these fridges will pass an SABS test "
