KIC Fridge faulty

I purchased the KIC 276L FRIDGE/FREEZER in February 2022 with delivery 02 March 2022.

There are a few things to note that don't seem to function well with this refrigerator 1. The fridge is on 4 to 6 on settings for the temperature, however the fridge cools with water droplets on the ceiling of the fridge. 2. The freezer component is far too cold and the settings don't seem correct even when left on 4 overnight. 3. There is a sound that may suggest a short circuit , but upon receipt the fridge was not damaged at all.

I want to either have this refunded or replaced as a BRAND NEW Defy model with similar features, refridgerator does not have any faults not even in the 1st month .
