Kettle stopped working

My name is Nonhlanhla Hadebe.I went to game store in Greenstone to exchange a Logic 3L Kettle that stopped working,l bought the Kettle sometime in May this year in Town (Johannesburg),then it stopped working after 3 weeks.I then took it to Game in sandton which they gladly gave me a voucher and l purch****d another Kettle,it was on the 28/06/2015.<br> <br> The kettle stopped working last week,I then took it on Game in Sandton yesterday only to find the store is permanently closed,l was ****** a few weeks back and the ******* took my bag which had my Game slip in it.I then went to Greenstone Game,l tried explaining what happened but the Gentlemen I mentioned above didn't want to help me<br> <br> I even asked them to call Sandton Game to verify but they refused,they only said they will book it and l have to pay for the repair.I have never recieved such a bad service in Game before.<br> I ended up buying a new kettle because they didnt want to help me
