Kelvinator Dishwasher, very dissapointed

Hi, I have recently bought a Kelvinator Dishwasher on promotion for R2999.00 at Centurion Game, the salesman has indicated it is a very good product, After installing and using the dishwasher I noticed the bad quality of the product, Its extremely flimsy and all dishes is still dirty after washing, this is a extremely bad product sold by Game and I'm very disappointed in a store like Game selling products like this to the public and promoting it as a good product, Please consider a refund or trade in on a better model.
