Keeps getting worse!

Game i don't know what to say anymore. I returned an item i bought online 3 weeks ago.after complaining that a wrong item was delivered. Now i'm still having issues.Have been waiting for a refund till today. Have to always call in and every time a consultant tells me they will escalate this. Haven't heard from anyone since. Beyond shocking!!!!
