Keep being rude and lose more business

For a company that is going down, your customer service sucks. I personally prefer in-store shopping, asking questions and making sure I buy the right product. I went to game at Eastgate Centre at 6pm this evening. I wanted a PS5 for my son. Imagine my excitement when I enter and see boxes of PS5, I'm thinking, great! I finally found it. I wait for a person to help, no one shows up, go to security and ask for help, she says I must wait for a guy by the cellphone counter, who is helping 3 other customers. He is painfully slow (understandably). Then my mom goes to ask another lady, standing by the electronics section, who seems to have a lot of knowledge on the PS5, but who can't be bothered to come assist, but says the boxes are empty (for display purposes only - sucks, giving your customers false home). I go ask her if they can search to see if there is any in other stores, refers me to cellphone guy and looks at me like she's definitely NOT going to help me. I ask her to help she just stares. Anyway, I go wait for cellphone guy who is the rudest person ever! 1. assumes all black people can speak his language - even though I spoke to him in English, he responds in his language - so clearly no communication there 2. speaks to 2 or three people at the same time, so he's not paying any attention to any of the customers 3. refuses to search if there are any consoles available - tells me he knows they are not. I ask him to search, tells me they are only available in Limpopo. I then ask him, did I tell you to limit the search to Jhb? Did I not ask you to tell me if there is ANY store that has them. Then proceeds to type a random number of the screen and then says SEE NOTHING IS AVAILABLE, in a rude way.

I had come to buy a few things, includes some stuff from the verimark store, which I proceeded to leave right there - because if you are so rude, why should I buy from you. If you wonder why people now buy online - no one wants to leave their houses, drives all the way to the mall, using expensive fuel, only to be greeted by very very rude staff members
