JVC Smart TV not even JVC but actually a Kogan and this tv does not have Showmax

We bought a JVC Smart Tv on a promotion at Game about 3 years ago.

Game assured us that this tv can do anything..youtube, facebook, email ect

The other day we tried to make use of showmax and it was discovered that our smart tv cant connect to showmax , I started reading reviews of people with the same problem and it basically came down to the fact that we have to buy a new tv

THIS IS NOT THE WORST PART....when you reset this "Jvc" Tv you see the "Kogan" logo appear, so this is not even a JVC Tv, this id a cheap chinese brand that was re-named making us believe that we bought a JVC Smart Tv

We would like our money back or an exchange to the smart tv that we were suppose to get
