Just need a battery for my Vodaphone Kicks 6 Game Vodacom RCS not interested in helping

Bought Vodaphone Kicka 6 cell phone on mother inlaws card.Battery not available nowhere not even online.Visited the store countless times.Spoke to Dept assistant, manager admin,store manager.Store customer care .Countless attitudes.Countless visits.Just want a battery to buy . Tried Vodacom customer care referred back to game.Tried RCS customer care referred back to Game.One employee tried phoning buyers in the hope of finding a battery no awnser. Tried customer care online (Joburg).Instructed Game Rustenburg Thabo Mbeki drive to get proof of purchase.Told me in no uncertain terms I must contact RCS to get proof of purchase.Contact accounts Game/Dion wired .Managed mom in law to phone for 1 statement for the purchase of vodaphone kicks 6.Now accounts at Game Dion wired is sending one and all proof of purchases since card was opened.Had to buy a new phone traveling 100 km to work and back.My new phone has limited space and can expect emails till next week.Even tried Kyle and Liam supervisors @game customer care.To no avail just want a new battery to buy.My old battery blow up so much that back cover couldn't fit.
