Just got told that my online purchase is no longer coming (waiting Day 18)

Ordering online is a complete waist of time. i am on day 18 of patiently waiting for Router to arrive....only to find that it is not coming. Please do not offer online services rather.... dont fix it....just retire the service altogether. WE ARE LOCKED DOWN and you expect me to drive to store to fetch an item (after a visit to the police station for an affidavit which they are not issuing fyi) I made the order online, and was charged R60 for delivery? and now the agent says "I understand you ordered online....but deliivery only works for online purchases" LOL
