Just an update on previous post(Time moves slower at Game)

Hello

Trust you are well

Please read the below and advise me on what I can do because it seems like I've run out of options

I booked in a Sinotec TV on the 16th of November 2019, I was advised that I would have my TV within 21 days (NOT WORKING DAYS). Today being the 6th December on the 21st day I call them to which I was told that its only been 14 days from the 16th of November. I'm not sure whether my perception of time is incorrect but it has been 21 days. Please can someone replace my TV? I've even contacted Sinotec directly to which I was told the TV should be ready by Wednesday (4th December). I'm not sure why it took 3 weeks to replace is a simple power board? If that's the case I would of taken the TV to them myself maybe that would of been quicker.

Today alone I've made 10 phone calls to which only 3 were successful. On all three calls I was told i would be transferred to a manager to find a resolution to the issue. I get placed on hold without anyone asking permission which is extremely unprofessional and thereafter I have the call cut on me. HOW DO I GET A RESOLUTION TO MY ISSUE? ITS MY AIRTIME BEING WASTED,MY TIME BEING WASTED. Just to get the damn call cut on me as if I'm pestering them about something they cannot resolve? If its not sorted out by close of business today I will be visiting Game for a full refund of the TV I purchased and if that is not done I will take it up to an Ombudsman.

Thank you for taking our call and apologies for the experience you have had.

As discussed this will be escalated to Management at the store and they will get back.

Yet again empty promises from a guy in so called customer services. Yesterday I was called and told that a manager from the store would call me and find a resolution yet there was absolutely nothing done. Every promise you guys made so far has gone in vain so it really makes me think how you guys treat customers once you have their money. I understand you guys have millions of customers but regardless as a business each custome is supposed to be treated with fairness.

Today I call in to Game " Customer Service" department on **********73. The advisor i spoke to tells me that they are going to escalate my query and it would take approximately 10 DAYS to get a response from you people??? Tell me what do i have to do to get my TV which i paid money for sorted out? You guys are a bunch of ******* which have no customer service and no remorse towards customers which i feel is completely pathetic.

I have tried over and over to get a reasonable resolution to my issue with no help or response from Game and I'm really tired of it.

The above was sent to *** as well as ***
