Jumper-cables never saved my life ... Disappointed in *** product

Jumper-cables that I bought from your store do NOT work My car broke down by the garage near Kenilworth Centre. So I walked towards Kenilworth Centre and bought the jumper cables from Game. Trying to start my car with the newly-bought jumper cables didn't work and I had to rely on someone else with their jumper cables to assist.

I would like you to either refund me or give the more expensive jumper cables at no cost to see if your products (jumper-cables) are both faulty ?
