My son's phone couldn't switch on I took to Game at Bloed mall and it's under warranty.....now they are telling me they charging me more than what the phone cost..... please help

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint and apologise for any inconvenience caused. The screen of this phone is cracked and is not covered under any guarantee as it is seen as customer abuse.
The quote to repair the phone is R3 300 and either you have to give us permission to go ahead with the repair, or you can collect the phone at your convenience from the store.
Unfortunately the cost to repair a screen is very expensive.
