Jonelda Sales Manager Game Kolonade

I want to thank Jonelda the Sales Manager at Game Kolonade that has today (02/07/2020) completely resolved my issue with a faulty laptop. The lady that has stood in for Jonelda on the day that I returned the faulty laptop, neglected to inform Jonelda about the return of the laptop and has therefore caused extra delays etc.
