<p> </p> <p>I bought my tab at Game Store opposite N1 City, my tab’s screen broke and I took it back to be fixed, they’ve fixed the screen and I paid R750 on the 30th of November 2016 for the screen that was broken.</p> <p> </p> <p>But then I’ve picked up if you rotate the tab the menu side does not come down, I’ve tried everything but no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Game Store and I’ve explained everything to her and told her that I’m bringing it back tomorrow morning as I paid R750 for Game Store to fix my Tab and it not right yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>My mommy then took the tab on the 1st of December 2016 and when she got their I called again to explain again to the lady (African Lady) I explained to her and she told me that they were supposed to fix the thing right and she will send it back and that I will not pay anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told her that I’m not going to pay again as the tab should’ve been right when I got it, it will be wrong for them to quote me again R750 as they should’ve done their job right in the first place before giving my tab back.</p> <p> </p> <p>My tab was in repairs for almost a month at Game Store and they want to give me a tab that does not rotate right and then I also paid R750 for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is wrong; I think that I don’t need to pay again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Jody-Ann Mercuur</p>
