Jabulani Mall Game Store take Customers as Fools

I have never experienced such a horrible service from this store, booked in my TV which is under extended warranty its now 40 days. This store Game Jabulani Mall they think i am an Imprudent. 20 days after i booked in my TV with Jabulani Game with no response I decided to follow up with Hisense and they told me they will issue a credit note and waiting for Jabulani Mall Game .

Guess what after 40 days Jabulani Game calls me to tell me they need slips and proof to send my TV to Hisense this got me upset because i send all the documents to them 40 days ago.

Who is Game Jabulani fulling around a stupid Customer who has been patient to now 40 full days???
