Hi, The queues were extremely long hence we know it month end, so i decided to ask the manager to at least open extra tills as it was full and oi have been waiting in the line for quite a long time. then she responded with an attitude stating that can't i see that she is trying to sort it out and started swearing at me in front of other customers. I am so furious of the service i received especially from the manager. this incident happened at game store Jabulani mall at 16.:07pm The manager name is Pauline Ndlovu
