Jabulani Game store Rude Management

Went to jabulani mall Game today to exchange on an appliance.. They were soo rude to us. They told us they can't exchange as the guarantee date has passed but the shops were looted and it has been closed August and they opened two weeks back... They manager Named as Paul Masuku was soo rude to us and told us to take that machine somewhere else as they won't help us and wasn't his fault. And walked away from us while we asked him questions.

The staff was soo rude and not helpful
