I bought a chest freezer online 18June2020, after 2 weeks i called and they said backlog due to corona,but my order is out it will arrive the next day..i called next day,it was the same story . . I asked for a refund they said it takes 2 weeks..i called yesterday 28thJuly2020 asking where is my money and they told me about escalating the matter...i asked the consultant to tell the managers or big bosses i want my money by the end of the bussiness day they sid yes im still waitimg as i ttpe this e-mail. Thank you please helo me get the message accross and revover my money.
