Its been days and there is no delivery and I keep calling

I purchased a fridge on the 19 of December 10:00 and they said it would be here by 19:00 then they didn't come they said 14:00 the next day and didn't come they said 10:00 of today and it is still not here it is not like I didn't try and get it here myself I kept calling them trying to get a refund to buy somewhere else I have no fridge where am I supposed to put my food and they just say no the fridge is already loaded by its still not here I offerd to get it myself and they said no its on the way and it stil has not left their store room I am sick of waiting my food is going bad I hope they replace that seeing they couldn't deliver on time .
