Item sold on Old Price while on Promotion

hi<br> <br> I went to game stores on 08/04/2015, to look for the Front Loader Washing Machine, i was interested on one<br> and told the sales person i am interested and i will come buy it in the next 2 days<br> when i got home i went to Game store website to read more about the product, i find out that the product is on Promotion from from the price of R3999.00 to R3590.. (ITEM NO: ***6 -MODEL NO: WCY61032W)<br> <br> i went back to store on 10/04/2015 to buy the product, but when i got there i was told it is not on promotion and i was informed that i can only buy it for R3999.. i ask them to check on website , of which we did, the sales person told me that the offer is not valid for Limpopo , i went to game store in Tzaneen, and i found that the product is actually on promotion, also going for R3590, <br> <br> today i tried to call Game head office, my call was cut 3 times by their switchboard who could not transfer me to customer service i tried calling ***, the number does not work at all.<br> <br> please clarify because i bought this machine for R3999, and i am not pleased because i was supposed to have paid R3590..<br> <br> regards<br> <br> Maanda Todani<br> <br> [Email Removed]
