Item ordered and not delivered, almost a month now

I placed an order online on the 29/09/24 for 2 items, and received a message that my order will be slip into 2 deliveries, which was a Ulale large Baby cot bed and mellerware kettle set. On the 4th of October only the kettle set was received, I then contacted game online and told them of the situation. I was told they will check and get back to me, they called and told me the cot bed was found in store and they will arrange courier and nothing was done, was called again on the 14 they told me they will deliver on that same day but up until today they are still delivering my item. I always make contacts with the online team and all they saying is that they apologize but where is the Cot bed? I have paid for my items but the service I am getting is really bad. Can my cot bed be delivered because it now going to a month.
