ITEM NOT RECEIVED

On 01st December 2023 ,received items that I bought online to my surprise the Bennett Read 1.7L Cool Touch,was not delivered,also Knoddles and Mabela porridge. Saturday received a call to be notified that Knoddles and mabela porridge were out of stock and refund is on process .I asked about the Bennett Kettle, which they stated that it shows it has been delivered on their side. Got another call again from Kollanade asking if my Kettle is working fine?which I told them I have not received my Kettle and was told they will speak with a driver and update me - it's been 3 days now with no update regards the whereabouts of that Kettle.
