Item not in stock at Game and no one able to assist

I was at Vanderbijlpark store to buy the 80 watt soldering kit, item no. 796244-EA It shows on the system they have 1 in stock, but nowhere to find. One of the staff members took my phone number to find out which store could provide this item, but still he has not contacted me to keep me updated. I phoned the customer service this morning and the lady just blames everything on the covid 19 epidemic.
