Item never received after 6 weeks of waiting

Bought a dishwasher from Game Somerset Mall on a Black Friday deal. 6 weeks later and they can still not give me any indication of when the item will be back in stock. I ended up asking for a refund today. Not pleased with the staff's lack of customer support or even a sorry for the inconvenience.
