ITC NOT UPDATED

I just spoke to one of the consultants because I had a query as to why Game submitted no data to the ITC as per my Credit Report.<br> <br> This is unacceptable and I don't understand why the consultant told me that they do not have a specific date or deadline for submitting the data.<br> <br> My credit report is sitting with no data provided since February after I had already paid on time and paid the closing balance to have the account closed.<br> <br> Game clearly doesn't care about their customers credit score since they just sit and not update their ITC records.<br> <br> Now we must sit and shut up and wait for Game to decide when they feel like updating the information, is this what their customer service is like?<br> <br> I'm sure they are quick to update it when there has been no payment made.<br> <br> I expect my data to be updated!!! I don't owe you guys a damn cent.
