It doesn't get worse than Game
I wish I could give no star. I'm still waiting for game to call since last Thursday. So much for a 24 hour waiting period. Up til now no manager had called me. We're still waiting for our refund. Gosh the service is beyond shocking. I've complained on here 3 times already. Still not resolved

08 Oct 2020, 09:42Wow. The fact that it's even mentioned that it was resolved is all a bunch of terrible miscommunication and lies incr again leading to bad service. This is ongoing since beginning September with us again having issues since 28 September just with another branch. May from customer care called me 1st October I think saying a manager would call within 24 hours.... well we're still waiting. This is going on for so long the story gets misconstrued and we keep having to repeat ourselves. Your service is pathetic and you rob people and have lying staff..what's worse than that. We want our money back and wont rest until we get it
