Issues with delivery, cancellation and refund

I did a order online on Friday, 26 July 2022 and was informed that delivery will take place by Tuesday, 2 August 2022. Game send me a tracking number on 28 July. Yesterday I call the to follow up and they said they will call me back and never did. This morning I call again and they said they will call me back, because they don't know where my order is. So I ask them for a refund and a call back, but as usual nobody is calling me back and so it just keeps going on. Every time someone new. So can you just please refund me so I can go to Makro
