Issue Resolved Well

Following my recent review about Game (Zevenwacht branch) I was contacted by the management team of the store and told to come later today. She patiently listened to my concerns and graciously offered apologies in behalf of her staff. When I went to the store I was consulted by the manager and she was determined to resolve the issue, which was swiftly resolved. However unpleasant the experience that first brought me here, I'd like to commend Game for swiftly replying to my cries.
