I returned my heater to Game that was purchased on July 03 2018, returned it on Aug 10, hoping for it to be swapped, Portia May said I am lying the heater was tested and it is working, what abut what i am saying, i use the heater on a daily basis, i know it doesnt work properly, she tested it and said it works, i feel like a stupid fool for buying a heater from Game, I mean why would I return a heater if it is working, this is my last attempt trying to get my heater swapped by Game, I don't know what you want me to do, it is soo cold, more especially in the mornings and evenings, my kids need this heater, you need to resolve this, I need a working heater, not the one I rertuned, not the one I said is not working properly, i need a heater that is working
