Is Game exploiting older woman?

We went to Game Kolonade on Saturday to buy a wahing machine and bar fridge. We paid an additional fee for delivery of both items on Monday. This afternoon they delivered only the washing machine. We tried to phone them, but nobody in the specific department answered the phone. We then asked to speak to a manager. Needless to say that no manager was available. The lady that answerrd the phone took my number, but nobody phoned back.
