Irritated - Poor service commitment

I am so irritated, I am not evens going to go into detail!:<br> <br> Date at the store: 31/10/2015<br> <br> What I purchased and why: I purchased a sleeper couch - (reason: my wife's mother flew to Johannesburg from Cape Town yesterday morning (01/11/2015) and will be leaving for Cape Town again tomorrow (03/11/2015)<br> <br> Irritated because: The sales lady (Pinky) assured me that the sleeper couch would be at my house on the 01/10/2015, she evens went as far to bring the driver (delivery guy) till infront of me. I purchased the item because it sounded like they would meet my NEEDS. I was also told by the sales person that the driver would be contacting me a hour before the delivery. <br> <br> I kept my family at home the entire day yesterday awaiting a phone call or any form of communication whatsoever, NONE!! This resulted in me having to sleep on the floor as I had to accomidate my mother inlaw.<br> <br> I am in meetings the whole day today and my wife and her mother is on the road to do what they were suppose to yesterday! So this means I will have to sleep on the floor again tonight as I will only be home after 7 tonight. I can only arrange to be off (probably to wait the entire day again) tomorrow - 03/10/2015
