Irresponsible Landlord

This review is not aim towards Game directly, but more towards Decorland who trades in their stores.

Their service is absolutely appalling. Lack of customer service is an understatement. You will never receive your purchase within their promised time frame and they will never provide you with even a courtesy call or any feedback. If they do, then they probably prioritize their clients. I was promised that my blinds will be installed within 3 weeks. 5 weeks later, and i'm given the run around.

My biggest mistake was not checking the other complaints on Hello Peter. I just took it for granted that because they use Game's premises to trade, that they are a professional company. I was so wrong.

Only after a heated exchange with one of their sales reps, then only was I contacted.

Its quite shameful that Game allows this business to operate from their stores. Game has an image to uphold and if Game did care, then they will hold Decorland accountable for these numerous complaints found on this platform.
