Irrate EX customer
I have paid a settlement amount and immediately there after requested for an account closure a few months back. Today I'm still receiving statements with an outstanding balance. I've been to the store many times before as well to find out if the account is closed.
I'm not sure who isn't doing there job! Or what's the actual problem? Keep telling me different stories and now I'm just fed up!
